Bildly platform allows users to browse and manage construction projects, connect with the team and streamline communication with other stakeholders.
Overview
Incorrect information is construction’s biggest problem because commonly construction project information and changes are managed on paper or stored in Excel. Bildly offers a solution for construction companies to organize project documentation and centralize project communication in one place.
We iterated on the initial concept of the Bildly and developed both desktop and mobile prototypes.
Solution
After several iterations on the initial concept, tests and interviews with stakeholders, the functionality of the concept was reduced to the core features:
- Document Management
- Digital signing
- Project members and external parties
- Chat
Project documentation
Project managers can create new projects, add project members, assign other project managers and manage project settings.
All project documentation is consolidated in one place and always up to date.
Digital signing
Digital signing does not take more than a few clicks.
Project members and external parties
- Add a new party;
- Teammates and external parties profiles.
Chat
- DM’s and groups;
- Possibility to generate groups.
MVP
After several iterations and pivots on the initial concept, we developed both desktop and mobile MVP prototypes of the solution.
Once the MVP prototypes were ready, we handed them over to the Bildly team.
